Our Expertise Includes:

• CNC Pressing: Equipped with 260 tonne x 6 m, 300 tonne x 4 m, and 110 tonne x 2.5 m press brakes.

• CNC Rolling: Featuring a 3-axis 3 m x 12 mm roller, 2-axis 2 m x 4 mm roller, and specialized rollers for pipe, angle, and RHS forming.

• CNC Milling: With 4-axis milling (X-2750 x Y-890 x Z-870 mm x R-320) and 3-axis milling (X-1500 x Y-700 x Z-900 mm) capabilities.

• CNC Lathe: Utilizing a 10" chuck machine with a 1180 mm centre and 80 mm bar capacity.

• Horizontal Boring: Line boring capabilities.

• Welding: Proficient in steel, stainless steel, and aluminium welding.

• Cutting: Featuring a 4 m x 13 mm guillotine, band saws, and plasma cutting.

• Surface Preparation and Coating: Offering a large abrasive blast booth (9 m x 4 m x 3 m) with an abrasive recovery floor and reclaim system, along with a dedicated spray painting booth.
